I’m Heather MacNeil, a graphic designer and digital strategist based in Dufferin County, Ontario. I help businesses, startups, and nonprofits show up online in a way that actually feels like them.
With Knack, I handle most of the work directly, from branding and website design to social media, content creation, and video editing. For more technical projects like SEO, AI optimization, and deeper builds, I bring in trusted freelancers when needed.

Heather MacNeil – Founder & Digital Strategy Director
Heather MacNeil runs Knack Graphics, a digital strategy and design practice based in Dufferin County, Ontario. She works with many diffrent businesses, startups, and nonprofits to build brands and digital presence that actually feel like them.
With a background in graphic design, business development and custom apparel design, Heather built Knack around direct client relationships, doing most of the creative work herself and bringing in trusted freelancers for deep technical builds. Over ten years she's delivered branding, websites, social content, video, and marketing materials for many different organizations.
She starts most projects with a discovery phase to find the right digital avenues for each client's goals, then builds clear, consistent plans that can change a business.
Buckley – Chief Happiness Officer
Buckley may not have a LinkedIn profile, but he’s one of the most important members of the Knack Graphics team.
A true veteran of creativity, Buckley started his career as the best of all the good boys in his pack before joining Knack Graphics, where he’s been keeping spirits high and tennis balls in motion ever since.
He’s never far from the office and has never called in sick. Buckley is a constant source of inspiration, content ideas, and the occasional reminder that some of your best creative ideas come when you step away for a bit, a walk, some fresh air, and maybe a little time to clear your head. This often leads to seeing projects from a different perspective and has resulted in some of our best work.
