I'm Heather MacNeil,
a designer and digital strategist based in Dufferin County, Ontario. I help businesses, startups, and nonprofits show up online in a way that actually feels like them.

Heather MacNeil – Founder & Digital Strategy Director
Heather MacNeil runs Knack Graphics, a digital strategy and design practice based in Dufferin County, Ontario. She works with businesses, startups, and nonprofits to build brands and digital presence that actually feel like them.
With a background in business development and custom apparel design, Heather built Knack around direct client relationships—doing most of the creative work herself and bringing in trusted freelancers for deep technical builds. Over ten years she's delivered branding, websites, social content, video, and marketing materials for clients ranging from senior care organizations to local bands.
She starts most projects with a discovery phase to find the right digital avenues for each client's goals, then builds clear, consistent plans that can change a business.
Buckley – Chief Happiness Officer
Buckley may not have a LinkedIn profile, but he’s one of the most important members of the Knack Graphics team. Always either in the office or nearby, Buckley is a constant source of inspiration, content ideas, and tail-wagging morale boosts. From leading team-building “walk-and-fetch” sessions to approving every project with a sniff of approval, he makes sure the office stays fun, focused, and furry-friendly. A true veteran of creativity, Buckley started his career as the best of all the good boy's in his pack, before joining Knack Graphics, where he’s been keeping spirits high and tennis balls in motion ever since. Everyone agrees: he’s the favorite teammate you never knew you needed.
